鼻内窥镜下行慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉手术的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内窥镜在慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉临床治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2012年4月—2013年5月期间该院耳鼻喉科收治的82例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者作为本组研究的观察对象,按照治疗方式分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予予鼻内窥镜手术治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效及并发症情况。结果 1观察组显效13例,有效26例,无效1例,总有效率为97.5%;2观察组术后只出现术腔粘连7例(17.5%),均经对症处理后无需再次手术,未出现其他严重并发症。结论在慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者的手术治疗中应用鼻内窥镜,能够最大限度地保护鼻腔组织与功能,临床效果确切,术后要注意及时清理术腔,以减少术腔粘连的发生。Objective To investigate the application effect of nasal endoscope in the clinical treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods 82 cases with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps admitted in the Department of Otolaryngology of our hospital from April 2012 to May 2013 were selected as the research object of the study and they were divided into the control group and the observation group in accordance with the treatment. The control group were given the conventional treatment, and the observation group were given nasal endoscopic operation for treatment. The therapeutic effect and complications were compared between the two groups. Results（1） the observation group： markedly effective in 13 cases, effective in 26 cases, invalid in 1 case,the total effective rate was 97.5%;（2） 7 cases（17.5%） in the observation group had surgical cavity adhesion after the operation, but did not need the second operation after symptomatic treatment, and no other severe complications. Conclusion Application of nasal endoscope in the surgical treatment for chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps can maximize the protection of the nasal tissues and function with definite clinical effect, and timely cleaning the surgical cavity after the operation should be paid attention so as to reduce the incidence of surgical cavity adhesion.
