摘　　要：从城市职业女性亚健康判断标准和自我管理现状出发,根据其形成机理和影响因素,城市职业女性亚健康问题可以从以下几方面进行干预:加大政策导向力度,推行全民健康管理;依靠社会及行业组织,开展有效的健康管理服务;重视健身保健与健康管理人才培养;职业女性个体则应树立全新的健康理念,重视健身休闲,养成科学的饮食习惯,定期进行健康检查与评估,合理定位人生目标。From the current status of urban professional women’s sub health standards of judgment and self management,according to its formation mechanism and influencing factors,urban professional women’sub health problems may be intervened from the following aspects： increasing the intensity of policy orientation and the implementation of national health management; relying on social and business organization to carry out effective health management service; paying attention to the training of talents of health and fitness and health management; every occupation female should establish a new concept of health,attach importance to fitness and leisure,form scientific eating habits,regular health examination and evaluation and reasonably position life goal.
