摘　　要：中华民族传统体育文化是中国传统文化宝库中的明珠,是中华民族智慧的结晶,传承传统体育文化之根本有益于培育创新应用型人才。要把握时代信息脉搏,以传播传统体育文化统一共通的思想观念为主导,以传授传统体育文化统一共通的运行规律为主题,实施民族传统体育课程改革;要通过弘扬民族文化精神、传播传统文化核心理念等有效措施,促进民族传统体育课程改革,提高人才培养质量。Chinese national traditional sports culture is a pearl in the treasure of China traditional culture,is the crystallization of Chinese nation wisdom,inheriting traditional sports culture basis is beneficial to cultivate innovation application talents. In order to master the pulse of information era,taking the ideas of spreading unified common traditional sports culture as the leadig,taking the transport law of spreading unified common traditional sports culture as the theme,implement national traditional sports curriculum reform; through the effective measures of carrying forward the spirit of national culture and spreadig traditioal culture core idea,promote traditional sports curriculum reform.
