摘　　要：科学成果的广泛共享催生出开放存取。基于开放存取资源高质量和免费使用的属性,使得开放存取事业迅速发展,并给图书馆事业发展带来了重大影响。面对机遇和挑战,图书馆应强化沟通、力争政府的政策支持,优化结构、强化图书馆的资源建设,拓展思路、提升图书馆的管理水平。Widespread sharing of scientific achievements produces open access. Its resources are of high quali-ty and are free to use. On this basis, the open access develops rapidly, and brings about a significant impact on the development of libraries. Facing the opportunities and challenges, the library should strengthen communication, and strive for the support of the Government＆#39;s policies, optimize the structure and strengthen the construction of its resources, develop ideas and improve the its management.
