摘  要:为预防压力管道泄漏或者恶性爆管事故的发生,采用光纤Bragg光栅传感器对压力管道薄弱部位进行表面应变监测,实现对压力管道爆管事故的安全监控。采用一段定制加工的实验压力管道,首先采用ANSYS软件对压力管道进行了应变建模和有限元分析,得到压力管道的L型、U型和T型接头等薄弱部位的应力分布,然后在应力集中区贴装光纤Bragg光栅传感器,对表面应变进行实时测试,测试结果经过应变传递误差修正之后,与理论值和电阻应变片结果进行比对,证实了光纤Bragg光栅传感器对压力管道薄弱部位安全监测的可行性。In order to prevent the leakage or explosion of the pressure pipeline,FBG sensors are used to monitor the surface strain of the weak parts of pressure pipeline and to realize the safety monitoring for pressure pipeline explosion accidents. A pressure pipeline is made for the study and a finite element analysis has been done after the modeling of the pressure pipeline by the ANSYS software,to get the strain distribution of the weak parts of pipeline. Then the FBG sensors can be pasted on the stress concentration zone of the pipeline. The error of strain transfer from the data after detecting has been corrected,then compared with the theory analysis and the values measured by electric resistance strain gauge,the feasibility of safety monitoring about surface strain of the weak parts of pressure pipeline using FBG sensors has been verified.
