摘 要:对"白银炼铜法"的空气熔炼、富氧熔炼和富氧自热熔炼三个发展阶段从理论上进行了分析。结果表明,当鼓风强度一定时,随着使用氧气量的增加,鼓风富氧浓度的升高,床能力升高,熔炼自热程度升高;熔炼床能力随熔池鼓风强度和热强度升高而升高;氧料比随冰铜品位的升高而上升;富氧自热熔炼的节能效果最好。"白银炼铜法"的各项工艺指标均达到当今国际炼铜技术先进水平。Three development stages of "Baiyin Copper Smelting" (BCS), i.e., air-smelting, oxygen- enriched smelting, and oxygen-enriched autogenous smelting, were theoretically analyzed. The results show that smelting bed capacity and self-heating degree of smelting rise with increase of oxygen dosage and oxygen enriched concentration under certain blowing strength. Smelting bed capacity rises with increase of blowing strength and heat strength in melting bath. Ratio of oxygen to material rises with increase of matte grade. Oxygen-enriched autogenous smelting has the best energy saving effect. All technical indexes of BCS reach the international advanced level.
