摘  要:研究了Pd/Al2O3催化C5石油树脂的加氢反应时催化剂失活的原因,采用物理吸附(BET)法、X射线衍射(XRD)法、高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)和电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法等对加氢前后Pd/Al2O3催化C5石油树脂的性能进行了分析。研究结果表明:在加氢过程中,从原料中脱除的S杂质吸附在催化剂表面上,致使催化剂失活;高温氧化脱除催化剂上吸附的S杂质后,该催化剂可恢复加氢活性。The catalyst deactivation reason at hydrogenated reaction of C5 petroleum resin catalyzed by Pd/Al2O3 was investigated,the properties of C5 petroleum resin catalyzed by Pd/Al2O3 before and after hydrogenated reaction were analyzed by physical adsorption(BET),X-ray diffraction(XRD),high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM) and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP- MS) methods. The research results showed that it was the main reason of catalyst deactivation in the process of hydrogenation when catalyst surface was adsorbed by S(sulphur)-impurity,which was removed from the raw material. The hydrogenation activity of catalyst could be recovered when the adsorbed S-impurity from catalyst surface was removed by high temperature oxidation method.
