摘 要:采用单因素完全随机试验方法,研究施氮对毛苕子(Vicia villosa Roth)生物量和根瘤生长的影响。结果表明,施氮肥能促进毛苕子前期生长,增加其株高和主根长,提高其地上部、地下部及植株总干重,施氮量越高促进植株生长作用越强,且施氮量对地上部生长促进作用大于对地下部的促进作用。毛苕子结瘤率、单株结瘤数、根瘤干重随施氮量的增加而下降,当氮肥(纯N)施用量超过75 kg/hm2时,对毛苕子的结瘤起明显抑制作用。The single factor test was made to study the effects of different nitrogen fertilizer on biomass and nodule growth of Vicia villosa Roth. The results showed that nitrogen application increased the length of main root and promoted the early growth of V. villosa. The plant height and the length of taproots increased with the increase of nitrogen amount. Nitrogen ap- plication increased the aboveground and underground biomass, and total plant dry weight of V. villosa. The role of nitrogen application amount on aboveground growth is better than that on the underground growth. V. villosa nodulation rate, the num- ber of nodules per plant, nodule dry weight decreased with the increase of the nitrogen application amount. Nitrogen played a significant role in inhibiting the growth of nodules when the nitrogen amount was over 75 kg/hm2.
