摘 要:为了提高烟苗剪叶的质量,解决烟苗剪叶过程中碎叶残留过多而引起病毒传播的问题,设计了一种烟苗剪叶机的剪叶装置。该剪叶装置以一台单相异步电动机为动力源,根据漂浮育苗烟苗的生长特点,设计了独特的钣金结构形式的剪叶罩以及合理的刀具倾角及转速,使烟苗修剪区形成合理的负压,实现可靠剪叶和碎叶回收。结果表明,该剪叶装置碎叶回收率可达95%以上,该剪叶机的剪叶装置可以达到平稳剪叶、剪叶高度可控可调以及效率高的目标,同时具有结构合理紧凑、移动方便、操作简单等优点。In order to improve the quality of tobacco leaf cutting, and solve the problem of the tobacco leaf cutting process broken leaf residue caused by excessive virus transmission, a tobacco leaf cutting machine was designed. The device of leaf cutting was a single-phase asynchronous motor using the power source. Based on the characteristics of growth of tobacco floating seedling,, leaf cutting sheet metal structure and unique housing and reasonable tool inclination angle and speed was designed to make the tobacco seedling pruning area form a reasonable negative pressure. Leaves cutting and leaf recovery could be aehived. Results showed that the leaf cutting device or recovery rate was more than 95%. The leaf cutting device of the leaf cutting machine had the advantages including leaves smoothing, adjustable leaf cutting height and high efficien-cy, reasonable and compact structure, convenient to move, simple operation etc.
