海南省热带果蔬冷链物流发展现状与运作模式研究

摘　　要：海南省热带果蔬冷链物流发展滞后,已成为制约果蔬产业进一步发展的重要瓶颈。在全面分析海南省热带果蔬冷链发展现状、问题及制约因素的基础上,结合国内外经验及海南省果蔬生产销售的实际情况,提出了适合海南省实际的以批发市场、连锁超市、第三方物流企业、专业合作社、龙头企业等为主导的果蔬冷链物流5种运作模式,最后提出了海南省热带果蔬冷链物流发展策略。The development of cold-chain logistics of tropical fruits and vegetables in Hainan province is lagging behind, which has become an important bottleneck to the further development of fruits and vegetables industry. Based on comprehen- sively analyzing development situation, existing issues and factors restricting tropical fruits and vegetables in Halnan province, combining successful experience at home and abroad with actual situation of fruits and vegetables production and sales in Hainan, five kinds of cold-chain logistics operation modes of fruits and vegetables fitting with Hainan actual situation were put forward and named as cold-chain logistics mode of agricultural products dominated by wholesale market, cold-chain lo- gistics mode of fruits and vegetables products dominated by chain supermarket, cold-chain logistics mode of fruits and veg- etables products dominated by third party logistics enterprise, logistics mode dominated by specialized cooperative, and logis- tics mode dominated by leading enterprise. The development strategies of tropical fruits and vegetables in Hainan province were proposed.
