摘 要:选取新疆南疆极旱地区当年的3种农作物秸秆炭为研究对象,采用生物质原料测试方法研究了秸秆炭的理化特性。结果表明,3种秸秆炭的含水率均在10%左右,易于加工成型;稻秸炭的堆积密度最大;3种秸秆炭的堆积角均较大,属于流动性较差的物料;棉秆炭的外摩擦系数最大;棉秆炭发热量和固定炭含量最高;玉米秆炭挥发分最高。The physical and chemical characteristics of three kinds of crop straw charcoals from extremely drought area in southern Xinjiang region were studied and analyzed according to the biomass standards and methods. The results showed that moisture content of three kinds of straw charcoals were around 10% and easy to process molding. Bulk density of the rice straw charcoal was maximum. The repose angle of the straw charcoals were big, belonging to poor mobility materials. The co- efficient of friction of cotton straw charcoal was much higher than that of other straw charcoals. The calorific value and fixed carbon content of corn straw charcoal were much higher than that of other straw charcoals. The volatile matter of cotton straw charcoal was maximal.
