四烯雌酮对乏情母猪同期发情的影响

摘　　要：为研究四烯雌酮对乏情母猪同期发情的影响,将乏情母猪60头分为两组,每组30头,均在定位栏饲养.第1组为乏情后备母猪,日龄为210～270 d;第2组为超过一个情期没有发情的经产母猪.每头母猪饲喂四烯雌酮15 mg·d-1,连续饲喂14d.结果显示,第1组、第2组母猪的发情率分别为56.7％、83.3％,发情高峰期分别在停喂四烯雌酮后第6～8天、第5～7天.结果表明,四烯雌酮抑制母猪的发情可能受到了母猪日龄大小的影响.This study investigated effects of altrenogest on oestrus synchronisation in anestrus pigs. 51xty pigs were divided into 2 groups, each group had 30 pigs, and they all were bred in location bar. The first group, age of gilts were between 210 days to 260 days. The second group, the pigs were sowed that beyong one oestrus did not rut. Every pig received an administration of a daily individual dose of 15 mg of altrenogest, which continued to 14 days. The results showed that the gilt estrus rates of the two groups were 56.7% and 83.3%, respectively. The peak of the pigs estrus after stopping to feed pigs with altrenogest were from day 6 till day 8, from day 5 till day 7, respectively. In conclusion, the age may effect on the sows estrus rate.
