围绕旅游 做强三产 带动一产——关于贵阳市开阳县南江乡龙广村的发展启示及建议

摘　　要：龙广村从一个贫困山村发展为一个美丽乡村,主要在于不断增强村级班子带领群众抓生产促发展的能力,不断加强基础设施建设,不断实现经济发展和生态环境"双赢",不断加强村寨文明建设。实践证明,农村的建设和发展,村"两委"班子是关键,基础设施建设和产业之间需配套发展、统筹兼顾,发展与生态要协调。在农村建设中,应坚持规划先行、因地制宜、分类指导。The transformation of Longguang from a impoverished village to a beautiful village relies heavily on the capacity of the leading group of the village. It was through the construction of infrastructure, co-ordinated development of economy and ecology and civilization development that led to such transformation. It has been proved that the leading group is the key to the development of the village and that the balance between infrastructural construction and industrial development as well as the balance between economic growth and ecological development should be emphasized. The planning and guiding should be utilized in the development of villages.
