摘　　要：BBH-T-240通过式预抽真空高温多用炉,最高处理温度1200℃,采用通过式搬送方式,兼具油淬、快速风冷功能,适用于耐热钢、不锈钢零件的高温淬火处理。由于采用前室预抽真空结构,设备更加安全可靠,并且大幅减少淬火油烟排放,是一种新型高效节能环保热处理设备。The maximum processing temperature of BBH-T-240 through type pre-vacuum high temperature multi-purpose furnace is 1200℃.The furnace adopts through type ransferring method,and can achieve the functions of quenching and fast air cooling.It can be applicable to the high temperature quenching process for parts of heat resistance steel and stainless steel.Due to the front room for pre-vacuum structure,the equipment will be safer and reliabler,and the emission of quenching smoke will be decreased greatly.It is a new type furnace with new,safety,high efficiency,saving energy and friendly environment.
