摘　　要：EBZ135CT悬臂式掘进机是一种针对粉尘和瓦斯问题突出严重的中小断面半煤岩巷道开拓掘进而设计的新型综掘设备。该机型液压系统包括了泵站系统、控制油系统、一运马达回路、后支承油缸回路、星轮马达回路、铲板油缸回路、张紧油缸回路、左右行走回路等,为进一步了解EBZ135CT悬臂式掘进机液压系统和水系统的控制性能,对掘进机各个控制回路的流量和压力进行了测试分析,测试结果均达到或超过设计要求。EBZ135CT type road header is a new type excavating equipment designed for coal tunnel developing of the medium and small section semi-coal rock tunnel. The hydraulic system of the new model road header including the oil pumping station system, control system, a motor circuits, after the loop, the star wheel motor bearing cylinder, shovel suet cylinder loop, when tight oil cylinder, walking around circuit, etc., in order to further understand EBZ135 CT cantilever machine hydraulic system and control performance of water system, each control loop flow and pressure of the machine has carried on the test and analysis, test results meet or exceed the design requirements.
