摘　　要：针对我国煤矿生产用主扇风机的使用现状,介绍了一种新型矿井主扇风机监控系统,论述了该监控系统的结构组成、主要功能、软件设计和硬件设计。该监控系统以具有冗余功能的S7-400H型PLC作为控制核心,利用组态软件WinCC实现监控软件的设计,实现对矿井主扇风机运行状态的实时动态监测,提高了主扇风机工作的可靠性和自动化水平。According to the application view of main ventilator in coal industry, introducing a new monitoring system of mine main ventilator. The paper discusses structure composition,main function and the design of hardware and software of this system.This system takes S7-400 H PLC which has redundancy function as core,and the monitoring software uses WinCC configuration software to achieve.The design completes the function of real-time dynamic monitoring, improving the level of reliability and automation.
