刨煤机刨链回转接头的可靠性研究

摘　　要：主要采用虚拟样机技术,在仿真软件ADAMS中对刨煤机进行建模,并对其受到的载荷进行仿真。根据仿真结果分析刨煤机中刨链回转接头容易损坏的原因和位置,为未来对该部件的改进提供仿真试验基础。Mainly use virtual prototyping technology and use ADAMS to make model for the coal plow.Then we generate simulation result for the loads which act on the model. According to the simulation results, we get the fragile position of the swivel joint and the reasons of its broken. This research lays the foundation for the future improvement for the structure.
