摘　　要：根据空间变厚齿轮的啮合特点,建立了标准的空间变厚齿轮模型;研究采用通用滚齿机来加工变厚齿轮的方法;通过分析滚刀的运动,推导了变厚齿轮参数与机床加工参数的关系,并利用机床仿真软件VERICUT对机床加工参数进行模拟验证。从传统机床入手来研究变厚齿轮的加工,并提供了齿轮与加工参数的关系式,方便了变厚齿轮的批量生产。According to the meshing characteristics of the space beveloid gears, the normative gear model is established. Study the method of using general gear hobbing machine to process beveloid gear.Through the analysis of the movement of hob, gear parameters and machining parameters is derived.Finally, use the machine simulation software VERICUT to simulate the process, to test and verify the processing parameters. The researchers study the processing of beveloid gears starting from the traditional machine tool, and provide the relation of gear and processing parameters, all of which give a convenient for mass production of beveloid gears.
