摘　　要：针对强力双齿辊破碎机现有保护装置的缺陷,设计了一种新型的综合保护装置,重点对齿式联轴器、液力耦合器以及电气系统的保护设计进行了优化。整个保护装置结构简单,可以广泛用于各型双齿辊破碎机的改造。实际应用表明,改进后双齿辊破碎机综合保护装置可为破碎机提供有效的保护、提高了破碎机在恶劣工况下的工作性能,进一步提高井下采选作业的效率。A new type of integrated protection device is designed in order to improve the defect of existing protection device of the strong double toothed roll crusher. And the coupling, hydraulic coupler and the protection of the electrical system design is optimized. The whole protection device has simple structure, can be widely used in various types of double toothed roll crusher. Actual application shows that the improved double toothed roll crusher can provide effective protection for crusher and improve the performance of the crusher in bad working conditions, further improve the efficiency of the down hole selecting operation.
