摘　　要：液压支架立柱热处理调质生产线是一种新型的集装卸料、加热、淬火、回火、冷却为一体的积放链悬挂式热处理装备。叙述了调质生产线的特点及实际使用情况,着重对调质生产线和传统热处理生产方式在投资、产品质量、生产运行成本、节能、经济效益等方面进行了比较,为相关行业热处理的产能升级提供一种新的生产方式选择。The production line which quench and high temperature temper on the legs of hydraulic support is a chain hang equipment. Describes the characteristics and actual use of tempering production line. The chain hanging production line compares with the traditional heat treatment production mode in investment, product quality, production cost, energy saving and economic benefits, etc. It provides a new way of upgrading heat treatment for the related industries.
