摘　　要：信息技术的日新月异及深度运用,对信息化理论与实践研究提出了新要求。根据信息化发展的新态势,对信息化评价指标体系进行优化,并运用新的指标体系对湖北省信息化发展水平进行实证分析。Advances in information technology and its deep application,make new demands on information theory and the practice research. According to the new development situation of informationization,the paper optimizes the information-oriented evaluation index system, and uses te new indicator system to conduct an empirical analysis on informationzation development level of Hubei Province.
