摘　　要：介绍了泰钢1 800 mm复合型不锈钢热轧生产线的工艺流程、装备配置和采用的新技术,并对3种不锈钢热轧生产线(炉卷生产线、连轧生产线、复合型生产线)的工艺特点进行了对比分析。经生产实践,各项指标和功能完全实现,产品质量和产能较改造前大幅提升。The production process, equipment configuration and applied new techniques in 1 800 mm composite stainless steel hot striprolling line at Shandong Taishan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. were introduced. Meanwhile, the process characteris- tics of three kinds stainless steel strip rolling line, i.e. Steckel line, continuous rolling line and composite line, were compared and analyzed. The product quality and productivity of this production line were obviously increased by practical production.
