摘　　要：目的 :探讨鱼腥草素钠片治疗老年人无症状性菌尿症的效果。方法:选择全科和康复科老年无症状性菌尿症患者60例,分成治疗组30例和对照组30例。治疗组予鱼腥草素钠片口服治疗,对照组未行相关治疗,6个月后复查尿培养,评价两组患者无症状性菌尿症的改善程度。结果:治疗组总有效率达60.71%,对照组为26.92%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口服鱼腥草素钠片可治疗无症状性菌尿症。Objective： To observe the effect of houttuynia sodium tablets in the treatment of the elderly patients with asymptomatic bacteriuria. Methods： Sixty elderly patients with asymptomatic bacteriuria were selected in the departments of general medicine and rehabilitation and divided into a treatment group with 30 cases and a control group with 30 ones. The treatment group was given houttuynia sodium tablets orally and the patients in control group did not undergo related treatment. After six months, their urine culture was reviewed and the improvement of asymptomatic bacteriuria between two groups was evaluated. Results： The total efficiency rate was 60.71% in the treatment group and 26% in the control group. The difference between two groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Asymptomatic bacteriuria can be treated with houttuynia sodium tablets.
