摘  要:目的 探讨超大超重外来骨科器械包最适真空干燥时间,以减少湿包的发生率.方法 选取200个体积大于30 cm×30 cm×50 cm、重量7~14kg的外来骨科器械包,随机分为4组,每组50个,A组压力蒸汽灭菌后真空干燥时间10分钟,B组真空干燥时间15分钟,C组真空干燥时间20分钟,D组真空干燥时间25分钟,统计每组湿包率.结果 四组中,真空干燥时间越长,湿包数越少,D组湿包率与其余三组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 真空干燥时间25分钟无湿包发生.此项研究具有节约人力、物力及能源的意义,能保证无菌包的及时供应,值得推广.Objective To study the optimum time for vacuum desiccation of extraneously oversized and overloaded orthopedics surgical equipment packages in order to reduce the incidence of wet packages.Methods 200 extraneous orthopedics surgical equipment packages whose volume were greater than 30 cm × 30 cm × 50 cm and weight varied from 7 kg to 14 kg were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups with 50 packages in each group.The vacuum drying time in group A after pressure steam sterilization was 10 minutes,15 minutes in group B,20 minutes in group C and 25 minutes in group D.Compared wet package rate of four groups.Results The longer vacuum drying time was,the less wet package occurred.No wet packages occurred in group D after 25 minutes' vacuum drying.There were statistically significant differences in the incidence of wet packages between group D and the other three groups (P 〈 0.05).Conclusions No wet package occurs after 25 minutes' vacuum drying.The study has a significance in saving manpower resources,material resources and energy,which can ensure the timely supply of aseptic packages,worthy of promotion.
