微孔引流在大汗腺切除术治疗腋臭中的作用

摘　　要：目的 探讨微孔引流在腋窝皮下大汗腺切除术治疗腋臭中减少手术并发症的作用.方法 研究组为选择腋窝皮下大汗腺切除及微孔引流治疗患者,共51例;对照组为腋窝皮下大汗腺切除及胶片引流治疗患者,共58例,术后随访一年,观察两组患者术后疗效及并发症的发生.结果 研究组与对照组的术后疗效无明显差异,而研究组切口哆开及表皮坏死术后并发症的发生率显著低于对照组.结论 采用腋窝皮下大汗腺切除术及微孔引流的手术方法治疗腋臭,效果可靠,手术并发症少.Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of punctured skin drainage in decreasing the operation complications of the treatment of subdermal excision of apocrine glands for axillary osmidrosis.Methods From Jul.2010 to Jul.2013,patients who received excision of apocrine glands operation for axillary osmidrosis in our department were retrospectively analyzed.51 patients receiving punctured skin drainage were set as an observation group,and 58 receiving rubber drainage a control group.Results There was no statistical difference in operation effect between the two groups.The incidence of complications was lower in the observation group than in the control group.Conclusions The regimen of subdermal excision of apocrine glands combined with punctured skin drainage is an effective treatment for osmidrosis with fewer complication.
