摘 要:研究了煤粉配比、还原温度和还原时间对攀西地区转炉污泥含碳球团固态还原的影响。结果表明,提高还原温度有利于促进转炉污泥的还原;增加煤粉配比和还原时间,球团的金属化率先升后降;当还原温度高于1 100℃,还原时间超过30 min时,金属化球团的抗压强度均大于500 N/个,满足工艺要求。The effects of the pulverized coal ratio,reduction temperature and reduction time on solid-state reduction of carbon-containing pellets of converter sludge in Panxi region were studied. The experimental results show that,increasing the reduction temperature is favorable for promoting converter sludge reduction; With the increase of pulverized coal ratio and reduction time,the metallization ratio of pellets first rises and then falls. When the reduction temperature is higher than 1 100 ℃,and the reduction time exceeds 30 min,the compressive strength of the metallized pellets is greater than 500 N /piece,which meets the process requirements.
