摘 要:烧结烟气干法脱硫是目前国内冶金行业常用的脱硫技术,但脱硫产物的处理是一项难题。结合梅钢烧结烟气脱硫的特点,提出将干法脱硫灰作为熔剂返回到采用湿法脱硫工艺的烧结机回收利用的方法。烧结杯试验结果表明,配加一定比例的脱硫灰,烧结矿强度略有增加,冶金性能适度改善,但燃耗和烧结矿中的硫略有增加;工业试验结果表明,烧结配料中加入1.5%脱硫灰替代部分生石灰后,烧结矿转鼓强度没有影响,冶金性能适度改善;烧结矿中硫含量增加0.003%,燃耗有所增加,湿法脱硫烟气中硫含量未超标。干法脱硫灰通过湿法脱硫工艺得到利用,具有良好的社会和经济效益。The dry desulphurization technology of sintering flue gas is currently a common desulphurization technology in domestic metallurgical industry,however,handling the ash of sintering flue gas dry desulphurization is a difficulty. In combination with the characteristics of Meisteel sintering flue gas desulfurization,a method is put forward to return the dry desulphurization ash used as flux to the sinter machine with wet desulphurization process for recovery and utilization. The sintering pot test result shows that,with addition of a certain proportion of dry desulphurization ash,the sinter strength increases slightly,and the metallurgical performance can be improved appropriately,whereas the fuel consumption and the sulphur content of the sinter increases slightly; The industrial test result shows that,if 1. 5% desulphurization ash is added in sintering materials to replace part of quick lime,the tumbler strength of sinter is not affected,and its metallurgical performance is somewhat improved; the sulphur content of sinter increases 0. 003%,the fuel consumption somewhat increases,and the sulphur content of the wet desulphurization flue gas doesn’t exceed the limit. The dry desulphurization ash is utilized through wet desulphurization process,which has good social and economic benefits.
