外涂中药油治疗Ⅱ-Ⅲ级放射性皮炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察自制中药油外涂治疗放射性皮炎的效果。方法：将同期Ⅱ-Ⅲ级放射性皮炎的72例肿瘤患者,随机分为治疗组38例及对照组34例,分别采用自制中药油外涂和地塞米松外敷,观察2组皮炎愈合情况。结果：治疗组放射性皮炎愈合率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）,患者疼痛缓解时间及皮肤愈合时间明显短于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：自制中药油外涂治疗放射性皮炎效果好,能明显缩短皮肤愈合时间。OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine oil for the treatment of radioactive dermatitis.METHODS The same grade Ⅱ - Ⅲ radioactive dermatitis in 72 cancer patients,were randomly divided into the treatment group of 38 cases and 34 cases in the control group,respectively,using self-made traditional Chinese medicine oil coated and dexamethasone ointment.The healing effects were observed in the two groups of patients with dermatitis.RESULTS In the treatment group,the healing rate for radioactive dermatitis was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）,pain relief time and healing time was shorter than the control group（P〈0.01）.CONCLUSION The effect of traditional Chinese medicine oil for the treatment of radioactive dermatitis is good,can shorten the healing time of skin.
