摘  要:以自制碳基固体酸为催化剂,油酸模拟高酸值原料与甲醇进行酯化反应,采用循环酯化法开发新型的绿色环保乳油溶剂生物柴油,将其作为溶剂制备60%丁草胺乳油。结果表明该生物柴油较优制备工艺为:碳基固体酸用量为油酸质量的1.0%,醇酸摩尔比2∶1,水浴温度99℃。该生物柴油所制60%丁草胺乳油产品各项指标均符合乳油的要求,具有良好的开发前景。The solvent of emulsifiable concentrates(EC)was developed for the purpose of safety and environmental protection.Biodiesel was obtained by cyclic esterification of oleic acid with methanol using carbon-based solid acid as catalyst.During the experiment oleic acid was used to imitate high acid value raw materials.It showed that the preferable technological conditions were as follows:1.0 wt%carbon-based solid acid of oleic acid,the molar ratio of methanol and oleic acid at two to one,and the bath temperature of 99℃.The biodiesel obtained was qualified for using in sixty percent butachlor EC.The sixty percent butachlor EC accorded with the criterions and requirements of EC and might have a good prospect.
