摘  要:旨在探讨饥饿对叶尔羌高原鳅消化道指数和主要消化酶的影响规律。在(20±0.5)℃水温下,将叶尔羌高原鳅饥饿30d,并测定饥饿第0、1、3、5、10、15、20和30天时其胃、前肠、中肠、后肠、肝脏和幽门的蛋白酶、脂肪酶和淀粉酶活性,并计算消化道指数。结果表明:叶尔羌高原鳅在饥饿状态下消化道组织有所萎缩,肝指数、肠指数、胃指数和幽门指数均极显著下降(P〈0.01),其中肝指数下降幅度最大;饥饿对叶尔羌高原鳅消化器官和消化道中消化酶活性均有影响,蛋白酶和脂肪酶活力均呈现先升后降的趋势,淀粉酶活力前期变化不明显,随着饥饿时间的延长,消化酶均呈下降趋势,在饥饿的第15~第20天下降幅度最大,此后饥饿虽继续加深,但活性下降不明显。说明,饥饿可显著叶尔羌高原鳅消化道指数和消化酶活性。The main aim of this study is to design starvation which has a broad effect on index of alimentary canal and digestive enzyme activity of Triplophysa (Hedinichthys)yarkandensis (Day). In this study, Triplophysa(Hedinichthys)yarkandensis (Day) was starved for 30 days at (20±0.5) ℃, and the activities of protease, amylase and lipase in its stomach, foregut, midgut, hindgut, liver and pylorus were measured on the 0, 1st, 3rd, 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th and 30th day, then calculated index of alimentary canal. The results showed that the digestive organs all atrophied, liver exponent, stom- ach exponent, intestines exponent and pylorus exponent decreased very significantly (P〈0.01), compared with the control group, the liver exponent decreased maximal amplitude. During the starvation period, starvation had definite effects on the activities of all test enzymes, the activities of protease and lipase were found to be increased firstly and then decreased, the activities of amylase had no obvi ous change in the initial stage, then decreased as starvation proceeded. The activities of all test enzymes decreased with the prolongation of starvation, which was the most significant when the fish was starved in the first 15--20 days. After 20 days of starvation, the decreasing trend of the enzyme activi- ties became less obvious. Starvation had definite effects on tract index and activities of all test enzymes of Triploph ysa ( Hedinichth ys) yarkandensis (Day).
