摘 要:提出了基于模型定义技术及动态同构树数据框架的三维图样实现方法,为数控机床公差优化分配过程提供优质数据源。基于雅可比旋量法构建了公差分析模型,对公差传递链各个环节进行了敏感度分析。在满足设计要求的条件下,以成本最小为原则,对各环节公差进行最优配置。以某龙门导轨磨床磨头为例,建立了各零部件的三维图样,并在系统中完成了其公差优化分配过程。验证了基于三维图样的公差优化分配方法的可行性。Using MBD and dynamic isolog tree data framework an implementation method of 3D drawings was proposed to provide quality data sources for the tolerance optimization allocation process of NC machine tool.A tolerance analysis model was constructed based on the Jacobi spinor method,and sensitivity analysis for each link of tolerance chain was carried out.Under the conditions of the design requirements and with the principles of minimum cost,the optimal allocation of tolerance in each link was obtained.With grinding head of gantry rail grinder as example,3D drawings of its components were set up,and the tolerance optimization allocation was completed in the system.The feasibility of tolerance optimization allocation method based on 3D drawings was verified.
