摘　　要：目的 探讨在LASIK手术中疼痛护理联合表面麻醉是否有利于提高患者对手术的配合度,预防并发症及提高疗效。方法 将2012年10月～2013年4月在川北医学院附属医院行LASIK手术的180例（360眼）近视患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各90例（180眼）,两组均行常规表面麻醉。观察组联合应用疼痛干预护理,比较手术的配合度、并发症（如偏心切削）、术后3个月的LASIK手术效果。t检验和χ2检验用于统计分析。结果 观察组LASIK患者手术的配合度更好,偏心切削等并发症更低,术后疗效及术后满意率高于对照组,差异有显著意义（P〈0.01）。结论 LASIK手术中,联合应用疼痛干预护理技术,可提高患者对手术的配合度及手术效果,降低并发症。Objective To study the patients cooperation degree of surgery ,prevention of complication and clinical effects under topical anesthesia nursing for patients undergoing laser in situ keratomileusis （LASIK ） .Method 180 subjects （360 eyes） with LASIK surgery in our hospital from October 2012 to April 2013 were included in the study and was randomly divided into control group and observation group ,90 in each group .Patient cooperation during LASIK and complications of surgery such as eccentric ablation and postoperative satisfaction degree were used for data analysis .T‐test and X2 was used for statistical analysis .Result The cooperative for LASIK surgery in observa‐tion group was better than that of control group .Surgery complications were significantly lower than that of control group .The postoperative satisfaction degree and therapeutic effects were much higher than that of the control group （P〈0 .01） .No surgical or postoperative complications such as eccentric ablation were observed .Conclusion The use of pain interventional nursing during LASIK surgery may improve patient cooperation ,therapeutic effects and reduce the postoperative complication .
