摘  要:以己二胺、对苯二甲酸和氨基十一酸为单体,通过高温熔融缩聚合成了一种新型的半芳香耐高温聚酰胺(PA),即共聚酰胺PA6T/11。采用特性黏度、傅里叶红外光谱对PA6T/11的结构进行了表征,并采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了PA6T/11的非等温结晶动力学,然后用莫志深法对其非等温结晶动力学进行了描述,并采用Kissinger方法和Khanna方法计算了相关结晶动力学参数。结果表明:莫志深法较好地描述了PA6T/11的非等温结晶过程;PA6T/11在非等温结晶条件下的结晶活化能和结晶速率系数分别为-324.836kJ/mol和42.1 h-1。A new semi-aromatic copolyamide with high heat resistance--PA6T/11, was synthesized through the process of high temperature melt polycondensation by using the monomers of hexamethylenediamine, terephthalic and aminoundecanoic. The structure of PA6TI11 was characterized by means of intrinsic viscosity and fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, and the non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of PA6TI11 was studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results show that Mo Zhishen method can better describe the non-isothermal crystallization process of PA6T/11. In addition, the activation energy of non-isothermal crystallization is obtained by Kissinger method and the crystallization rate coefficient is gotten by means of Khanna, which are -324.836 kJ/mol and 42.1 h^-1 for PA6T/11, respectively.
