镇肝熄风汤联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗老年高血压57例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察镇肝熄风汤联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗老年高血压的临床疗效。方法:将114例老年高血压患者随机分为2组,其中对照组57例,服用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平;治疗组57例,在对照组治疗的基础上,加服中药镇肝熄风汤,疗程为4周。测定治疗前后两组患者的血压、血脂水平,观察临床症状改善情况并进行比较。结果:治疗后两组患者血压均有明显下降,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后血脂水平比治疗前降低,治疗组与对照组相比治疗后的血脂水平无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:镇肝熄风汤有较好的降压和一定的降脂作用,中西药联合治疗老年高血压效果优于单纯西药治疗。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhengan Xifeng Decoction combined with Levamlodipine Besylate on hypertension in the elderly. Methods： 114cases of elderly patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups, in which the controlled group were 57cases, taking Levamlodipine Besylate, the treatment group were 57cases, taking Chinese herb Zhengan Xifeng Decoction on the basis of the controlled group, the treatment course was four weeks. Blood pressure, lipid levels measured before and after treatment of the two groups of patients, improvement of clinical symptoms and compared. Re- suits： After treatment, blood pressure were significantly reduced in the treatment group than the controlled group （P〈0.01）. Alter treatment, blood lipid levels than before treatment, there was no significant difference （P〉0. 05） lipid levels in the treat- ment group compared with the controlled group after treatment. Conclusion： Zhengan Xifeng Decoction has a good buck and cer- tain lipid-lowering effects of combination therapy in elderly hypertensive medicine is better than western medicine alone.
