摘  要:目的:观察冰黛散醋调敷结合TDP照射治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果,探讨治疗卵巢囊肿的有效措施。方法:选择同期卵巢囊肿患者130例,按照患者知情同意的原则均分为对照组(n=65)与观察组(n=65),对照组给予TDP照射治疗,观察组给予冰黛散醋调敷结合TDP照射治疗,分析观察组治疗后的临床效果,并比较两组患者治疗2个疗程后的临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗后不同大小卵巢囊肿直径均显著缩小(P<0.01);观察组治愈率与临床有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.01);两组患者治疗过程中均无异常及不良反应。结论:应采用冰黛散醋调敷结合TDP照射治疗卵巢囊肿,可提高临床疗效,且无不良反应,易于患者接受。Objective : To observe the clinical effect of Bingdai Powder vinegar dressing combined with TDP irradiation in the treatment of ovarian cysts and research the effective measures to treat it. Methods: Collecting 130patients with the ovarian cysts, they were equally divided into the controlled group and the observation group, the controlled group was treated by TDP irradiation, the observation group was treated by Bingdai Powder vinegar dressing combined with TDP irradiation. Analyzed the clinical effect of the observation group after treatment and compared with the clinical effect after 2courses of treatment. Results : The different sizes of ovarian cyst diameter were all reduced after treatment in the observation group (P〈0. 01 ) ; the cure and clinical effective rate of observation group were higher ( P〈0. 01 ) than that of the controlled group ; there was no abnormality and adverse reactions during the treatment in two groups. Conclusion: It should choose the way that Bingdai Powder vinegar dressing combined with TDP irradiation in the treatment of ovarian cysts, it can improve the clinical effect and there is no adverse reactions, it is easy to be accepted by the patients.
