中药熏洗法配合推拿手法治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察推拿手法配合中药熏洗法治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机法分为两组,观察组采用推拿配合中药熏洗治疗;对照组采用局部封闭治疗;观察两组治疗前后视觉疼痛评分(VAS)、压痛程度、功能障碍及临床疗效差异。结果:经治疗后两组各项观察指标具有显著性差异(P<0.05),组间比较无显性差异(P>0.05);随访半年后复发率观察组2列(6.7%)对照组6例(20.0%),两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:推拿手法配合中药熏洗疗法对桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎疗效确切,复发率低,安全无副作用,适应患者更广,重复操作性强。Objective： Observing the clinical curative effect of massage manipulation combined with TCM fumigation method in the treatment of radial styloid process narrow tenosynovitis. Methods： 60patients were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group used the massage Chinese medicine fumigation therapy; in the controlled group treated with topical closed treat- ment; observing two groups before and after treatment of visual pain score （VAS） , tenderness degree, dysfunction and clinical curative effects. Results ： Two groups after treatment the observation indexes had significant difference （ P〈0. 05 ）, no explicit difference was compared between groups （ P〉0.05 ） ; recurrence after six months follow-up observation group 2column 6cases （6. 7% ） in the controlled group （20. 0% ）, two groups of comparisons had significance difference （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： It has exactly curative effect of using massage combined with Chinese medicine fumigation therapy for radial styloid process narrow tenosynovitis, and also has low recurrence rate, safe without side effects, patients adaptable is wide, repetitive operation is high maneuverable.
