摘　　要：文化组学在定量研究人类文化趋势方面有着重要的作用和意义.首先,简要描述了文化组学的定义、n-gram工具及其使用.然后,统计了国内外近几年有关文化组学文献的基本情况及所涉及学科等问题,按发表时间顺序进行了归总,分别按其不同语料库和不同应用领域进行归类整理,并详细介绍了文化组学在描述社会和自然现象,以及在情感挖掘和医学等方面的应用.最后,在大数据时代背景下,结合云技术提出了一种基于云平台的海量文献数字化处理平台模型,为今后研究中国历史文化信息提供了一种新思路.Cuhuromics plays an important role in investigating human cultural trends quantitatively. Firstly, this paper briefly introduces the definition of culturomics, the tool of n-gram and its usage. Then a brief introduction about the basic issue of its published articles and its involved subjects etc, a review on the articles about culturomics at home and abroad chronologically in recent years is given, where these articles are catalogued by the different corpus they use and their different application domains respectively. This paper also provides detailed information about the application of culturomics in describing social and natural phenomena, and in sentiment mining and medicine. Finally, in the era of big data, combining with cloud technique, a model of mass of literature digitization processing platform based on cloud platform is proposed, which provides a new idea for further research on Chinese culture.
