合理用药监测系统及药师工作站在处方审核中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨合理用药监测系统和药师工作站对提高我院合理用药水平的影响。方法:收集我院2014年上半年合理用药监测系统对门诊处方的问题警示以及药师工作站对门诊处方审核的数据,并对其进行分析。结果:我院2014年上半年共监测门诊处方776 068份,合理用药监测系统用药提示共406 280份,占52.35%。药师工作站审核处方156 671份,其中返回医师修改的处方共4 110份,返回修改的处方比例呈下降趋势。结论:合理用药监测系统与药师工作站相结合的审方模式,可显著提高我院门诊处方的规范性及合理用药水平,值得进一步推广。OBJECTIVE： To discuss the effects of rational drug use monitoring system and pharmacist workstation on the improvement of rational drug use in our hospital. METHODS： The warnings put forward by rational drug use monitoring system to the problems of outpatient prescriptions and the data audit of outpatient prescriptions from pharmacist workstation in the first half year of 2014 were collected for this analysis. RESULTS： 52.35% （406 280/776 068） monitored outpatient prescriptions received warnings from Prescription Automatic Screening System in the first half year of 2014. 156 671 prescriptions were checked by phar- macist workstation, 4 110 of them were returned for modifications by doctors, and a downward trend presented in the rate of prescriptions returned for modifications. CONCLUSIONS： Rational drug use monitoring system combined with pharmacist workstation can improve standardization of outpatient prescription and rational drug use in our hospital. It is worthy of further spreading.
