越南籍跨境女性性工作者商业性行为安全套使用的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探索影响越南籍跨境女性性工作者商业性行为安全套使用的影响因素。方法选取云南省河口县四处固定场所越南籍跨境女性性工作者为对象,采用目的抽样方式进行问卷调查,收集调查对象人口学特征、商业性行为安全套使用及其影响因素的资料。结果越南籍跨境女性性工作者商业性行为安全套使用率与其汉语水平、家庭经济背景、经济压力、嫖客、雇主及性工作者同伴影响存在相关性,而汉语水平(OR=0.298)和雇主对安全套使用的影响(OR=2.120)则是越南籍跨境女性性工作者商业性行为安全套使用的主要影响因素。结论汉语能帮助越南籍跨境女性性工作者与客人沟通安全套使用,而雇主影响则是阻碍越南籍跨境女性性工作者安全套使用的危险因素。建议对越南籍跨境女性性工作者开展中文培训并对其雇主和嫖客进行干预。Objective To explore the influence factors of condom use in commercial sexual behavior by Vietnamese cross-border female sex workers. Methods Chose four fixed places of business in Hekou county,Yunnan province as survey sites. Purposive sampling to extract Vietnamese cross-border female sex workers as our respondents. Use questionnaire survey to collect information that demographic characteristics,condom use in commercial sexual behavior and related influence factors are included in. Results Condom use in commercial sexual behavior by Vietnamese cross-border FSWs related to their Chinese level,family economic background,economic pressures and influence by FSWs＇ male clients,employers and peers. Chinese level（ OR =0.298） and the influence by FSWs＇ employers（ OR =2.120） are the main influence factors of condom use in commercial sexual behavior by Vietnamese cross-border FSWs. Conclusion Chinese can help Vietnamese cross-border FSWs communicate with their male clients in condom use. Influence by their employers in condom use is the risk factor of condom use in commercial sexual behavior by Vietnamese cross-border FSWs. Suggest that provide Chinese training for Vietnamese cross-border FSWs and give intervention for male clients and employers of Vietnamese cross-border FSWs.
