摘  要:目的了解山东省农村学龄前留守儿童监护人的健康素养知识、膳食营养的态度及行为现状,为进一步开展有效的健康干预提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法共抽取山东省2个县735例学龄前儿童监护人,并利用自制调查问卷进行调查。结果留守儿童监护人的健康素养知识得分及其知晓率均低于非留守儿童监护人(P<0.05);监护人对孩子的膳食营养持有比较积极的态度,但对孩子膳食营养的行为有待改善。结论农村学龄前留守儿童监护人健康素养知识相对匮乏,具有接受膳食营养知识的良好态度,应注重农村学龄前留守儿童监护人的健康干预。Objective To understanding the literacy knowledge,dietary nutrition attitude and practice current condition of preschool left-behind children's guardian in countryside,so as to provide evidence for putting forward effective health intervention means. Methods The method of stratified-cluster-random sampling was adopted in this study. Elect 735 cases of preschool children's guardian from 2 counties of Shandong,and surveyed with self-made questionnaire. Results The scores of the literacy knowledge and awareness rate with the left-behind children's guardian were lower than those of not left-behind children's guardian( P〈0. 05); the guardian hold positive attitudes toward children's dietary nutrition,but their practice need to be improved. Conclusion Rural pre-school left-behind children's guardian of health literacy knowledge is relatively scarce,and they have good attitude to receive dietary nutrition knowledge,we should pay attention to the health intervention of pre-school left-behind children's guardian in countryside.
