摘　　要：目的综合评价江西省推广的17项农村卫生适宜技术推广绩效,为今后的农村卫生适宜技术的推广提供参考依据。方法问卷调查并采用分层整群抽样方法获取原始数据,通过秩和比法对17项卫生适宜技术进行综合评分,并排序判断顺位。结果 "幽门螺杆菌根除最佳方案"、"产后出血防治"属于优档,"隔物灸治疗寒湿凝滞型原发性痛经"、"经皮穴位电刺激治疗瘀滞型肩周炎"、"热敏灸治疗颈椎病"、"臭氧(蓝氧)妇科治疗术"、"子宫颈癌的预防及癌前期病变规范化诊断与治疗"、"农村常见皮肤病诊疗技术"、新生儿窒息复苏"属于良档,"慢性心力衰竭规范治疗技术和急性心肌梗死静脉溶栓治疗技术"、"儿童哮喘早期诊疗及规范化治疗"、"IUD技术"、"输卵管通夜术"、"减少阴道出血术"、"05国际心肺复苏指南新技术"、"痔疮诊疗技术的临床运用"属于中档,差档为"急性有机磷农药中毒致外周呼吸肌麻痹治疗方案"。结论秩和比法的综合评价能真实反映江西省农村卫生适宜技术推广情况,适宜技术在江西省推广运用取得很好的效果。Objective To evaluate comprehensively the performance of 17 appropriate technologies for rural health in Jiangxi province,which would provide the reference basis for popularizing appropriate technologies for rural health in the future.Methods Conducting questionnaire survey and stratified cluster sampling method to obtain the original data; To evaluate the scores and rank the sequence of 17 appropriate technologies by using Rank Sum Ratio（ RSR） method. Results ＂Helicobacter Pylori Radical Correction＂,＂Control of Postpartum Hemorrhage＂were rank the first; followed by＂Treating Primary Dysmenorrhea due to Cold and Dampness with Indirect Moxibustion＂,＂Transcutaneous Electrical Point Stimulation（ TEPS） on Scapulohumeral Periarthritis of Adhesion type＂,＂the Treatment of Cervical Spondylopathy with Thermal Moxibustion＂,＂Technology of Ozone（ blue oxygen） Healing for Gynecological＂,＂Cervical Cancer Prevention and Standardization in Diagnosis and Treatment for Precancerous Lesions＂,＂The Diagnosis and Treatment for Rural Common Skin Disease＂,＂The New Recovery Method for the Newborn Suffocate＂,＂Standardized Treatment for Chronic Heart Failure and Intravenous Thrombolytic Treatment for Acute Myocardial Infarction＂,＂Early Diagnosis Standardized Treatment for Childhood Asthma＂,＂IUD technology＂,＂Hydrotubation technology＂,＂Technique of Reduce the Vaginal Bleeding＂,＂05 New Technology about the International Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation（ CPR） Guidelines＂,＂The use of Clinical Treatment Technology for Hemorrhoids＂,at the end of the rank is＂The Treatment for Respiratory Muscle Paralysis resulted from Acute Organ phosphorus Pesticide Poisoning＂. Conclusion The comprehensive analysis of RSR method can reflect popularization of appropriate technologies for rural health and can reveal it has reap good effects in Jiangxi province actually.
