摘 要:在膨胀比ε=2~6、射流激励频率f=10~240Hz范围内,研究了气体分配器喷射孔相对深度b/d、振荡管与喷射孔的间距δ和振荡管轴线与喷管中心线错位角度ψ等结构参数对压力波制冷机性能的影响。实验结果表明:压力波制冷机的制冷效率η随b/d的增加先增大后减小,存在一个合适的相对充气时间比范围,在本文的实验范围内,喷射孔相对深度b/d推荐值为0.5,而增大δ与ψ值均会导致η急剧下降,所得结论对压力波制冷机的优化设计有一定指导意义。By means of a single - tube set - up, the influence of some factors, i. e. relative depth of jet hole in the gas distribution (b/d), interval distance between oscillatory tube and jet hole (δ) and misalignment angles between the central axises of nozzle and oscillatory tube (ψ), on performance of pressure wave refrigerator were studied experimentally in this paper. In this experiment, the range of pressure ratio c = 2 - 6, relative length of the oscillatory tube L/d = 437.5 and jet flow pulsing frequency f= 10 - 240Hz. The results showed that refrigeration efficiency of the pressure wave refrigerator (η) was firstly increased and then decreased when b/d was increased, but increasing δ and ψ would cause η sudden drop. Under the experimental condition in this paper, the recommend value of b/d was 0. 5.
