摘 要:纳米流体的高传热传质特性对于以气液传质为基础的天然气净化过程具有重要的意义。通过查阅大量国内外文献,对当前纳米流体强化酸气的吸收过程进行分析和总结,结果表明:纳米流体强化传质的效果明显,酸气的吸收率有了大幅度的提高;掠过效应,边界层混合机理,渗透机理是促进其传质的主要机制;此外,纳米颗粒的种类、细度、浓度、分散剂等因素在很大程度上影响着体系的传质效率。然而,当前相关研究仍处于起步阶段,各方面还不成熟,其基础理论的建立将是今后很长一段时间的研究重点。Good heat and mass transfer characteristics of nanofluids were of great importance to the natural gas purification process based on gas-liquid mass transfer. Progress in research on enhancement of acid gas absorption by nanofluids in membrane absorption process was reviewed. Nanofluids could greatly enhance mass transfer and improved the rate of acid gas absorption significantly. The skimming effect, boundary layer mixing mechanism and penetration mechanism played a major part in improving the mass transfer. In addition, the types, fineness, concentration and dispersant of nanoparticles affected the mass transfer efficiency of the system to a large extent. However, the current research was still in its infancy, not mature in all aspects, and the establishment of its basic theory would be the focus of future research for a long period of time.
