补充性激素对重度宫腔粘连患者肝脏、凝血功能及血脂的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨补充性激素对重度宫腔粘连患者凝血功能、肝脏及血脂的影响。方法选取我院2012年4~9月收治的重度宫腔粘连的患者40例作为研究对象，术后给予口服戊酸雌二醇10 mg/d治疗，治疗过程中监测子宫内膜，并适时给予黄体酮治疗后撤退性出血，每3个月为一个治疗周期，共治疗9个月，3个周期。对治疗后患者的肝脏、凝血功能及血脂变化进行检测和分析。结果40例患者各个治疗周期的谷丙转氨酶（ALT）、谷草转氨酶（AST）、血清总胆红素（TBLL）、直接胆红素（DBIL）、血浆凝血酶原时间（PT）、凝血时间（TT）、部分凝血活酶时间（APTT）、血浆纤维蛋白原（Fib）、总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）水平与治疗前比较差异均无统计学意义（P＆gt;0.05）。结论九个月内持续10 mg/d戊酸雌二醇治疗并不会对行宫腔粘连分离术后患者的肝功能、凝血功能以及血脂代谢造成不良影响。Objective To study the effect of sex hormone replacement on the blood coagulation function, liv-er function and blood serum lipids in patients with severe intrauterine adhesions. Methods Forty patients with severe intrauterine adhesions in our hospital from April 2012 to September 2012 were selected as research objects. After sur-gery, they were given oral pentanoic acid estradiol of 10 mg/d. During the treatment process, endometrium was moni-tored, and progesterone and withdrawal bleeding were given timely. The patietnts were treated for 3 cycles （9 months）, with three months as a cycle. The blood coagulation function, liver function and blood serum lipids of patients were tested and comparatively analyzed after treatment. Results There was no statistically significant difference before and after treatment in the levels of glutamic-pyruvic transaminase （ALT）, glutamic oxalacetic transaminase （AST）, se-rum total bilirubin （TBLL）, direct bilirubin （DBIL）, blood coagulation function test indicators including plasma pro-thrombin time （PT）, blood coagulation time （TT）, partial thromboplastin time （APTT）, plasma fibrinogen （Fib）, blood lipid testing standards including total cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG）, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C）, low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） in each period of 40 patients, all with P＆gt;0.05. Conclusion 10 mg/d penta-noic acid estradiol treatment for 9 months results in no adverse effect on the blood coagulation function, liver function and blood serum lipids in patients with severe intrauterine adhesions.
