摘  要:在油田生产中潜油电泵的工作环境温度较高,对潜油电机性能提出更高要求。研制了外径为116 mm的小直径耐高温潜油电机。针对高温潜油电机的各项性能指标随温度明显变化的问题,依据异步电机原理与设计的基本知识,结合异步电机定转子绕组材料的高温特性,建立数学模型,利用MATLAB软件,计算分析不同环境温度下潜油电机的性能,从而得出电阻变化对高温潜油电机性能的影响。利用Simulink软件建立SPWM变频调速系统,对定转子电阻随温度变化对电机的起动性能的影响进行仿真分析,为高温潜油电机的设计制造提供参考。The environment temperature of electric submersible pump (ESP) in oil field work is higher, and requireshigher performance of submersible motors. A small diameter and high temperature submersible motor with outside diameter116 mm was developed. Aiming at the significant change of performance of submersible motor with temperature, based onthe basic knowledge of principles and design of asynchronous motors, combined with high temperature characteristics of thematerials of stator and rotor, the mathematical model was established and the performance of submersible motor under dif-ferent temperatures was analyzed using MATLAB. The influence of change of resistance on the performance of submersiblemotor was obtained. The variable frequency speed regulation system was established and the impact on the starting perform-ance of the submersible motor by the resistance changed with temperature was analyzed, providing a reference for the designof the high temperature submersible motor.
