摘 要:为考察齿面摩擦对高功率密度齿轮传动效率的影响,提出了一种基于虚拟样机方法的齿轮传动效率预测及动特性分析方法.考虑齿轮和转轴的柔性变形、齿轮时变啮合刚度,建立齿轮、转轴、轴承的柔性多体动力学模型,通过求解动力学方程得到齿轮传动系统的传动效率和动特性,并分析了齿面摩擦对直齿轮、斜齿轮、人字齿轮传动系统传动效率、动态特性的影响规律.结果表明:随着齿面摩擦系数的增加,接触应力增加,动态切向摩擦力变大;在高速工况下,人字齿轮接触应力最小,但传动效率高于斜、直齿轮.In order to investigate the effect of tooth friction on the transmission efficiency of high power density gear,a method to predict the gear transmission efficiency and to analyze its dynamic characteristic is proposed on the basis of virtual prototype technology.In this method,a flexible multi-body dynamic model of gear,rotation shaft and bearing is built when the flexibile deformation of gear and rotation shaft as well as the time-varying mesh stiffness of gear are taken into account.Then,the dynamic characteristics and the efficiency of gear transmission system are obtained by means of dynamic equations of prototype,and the effects of the tooth friction coefficient on the efficiencies and the dynamic characteristics of spur,helical and double helical gear transmission systems are also analyzed.The results show that both the contact stress and the dynamic tangential friction force increase when the tooth friction coefficient increases,and that,at a high rotation speed,the contact stress of double helical gear is the least in comparison with those of helical and spur gears,and its efficiency is higher than that of other gears.
