摘 要:介绍了常见的交流传动系统结构及三相逆变器的预充电控制方案。结合交流传动系统中逆变器能耗制动电路提出了一种简化的三相逆变器系统结构和新的LCR预充电电路。通过建模分析,得到新的预充电电路及参数对充电过程中电压、电流性能的影响。为了限制充电过程中的电压和电流,提出了基于PWM控制的预充电控制方案,从理论上分析了PWM控制方案下充电电流的规律并通过实验证明了该控制方案的可行性。The structure of regularly used AC driving system and the control strategy for pre-charging process ofthree-phase inverters were introduced. Combining with the braking circuit unit in AC driving systems,an alternativeand simplified three-phase inverter system along with the new pre-charging structure was proposed. Models were builtto analysis the characteristics of voltage and current affected by new structure and circuit parameters during thecharging process. In order to reduce the charging voltage and current,the PWM control strategy was applied. Theprinciple of charging current was investigated theoretically and the feasibility of the control scheme was verified byexperiments.
