摘  要:该调频调压控制系统专为电扶梯出厂前运行试验而设计,适用于不同地区电扶梯内的不同频率、不同电压的三相异步电动机。与传统的发电机系统相比,该系统环保、节能、噪音小,操作方便。该系统由PLC、变频器、电抗器、变压器等工控部件组成,可以得到所需要的输出电压和频率,可以试验不同频率,不同电压的电扶梯。自投入使用以来,该控制系统运行可靠,故障率低,维护费用少,且职工的工作环境得到了较大改善。The variable frequency and voltage control system was designed for the escalator running test beforedelivery,suitable for different area in different frequency and voltage of the escalator three-phase asynchronous motor.Compared with conventional generator system,the system is environmental protection,energy saving,low noise,andeasy to operate. The system is composed of PLC,frequency converter,reactor,transformer and other industrial parts,can output required voltage and frequency. You can experiment with different frequency and different voltage of theescalator. Since put into operation,the control system is reliable operation,low fault rate and maintenance cost less,and got big improvement of the workers′working environment.
