摘  要:目前,油田大多数老区块和部分新开发区块的地层能量低,压井作业后压井液污染油层,油井恢复周期长,恢复后的油井产能大幅度降低,直接影响油井产量。为解决常规机械分层采油生产管柱不能保护油层的问题,设计了新型的油层保护器,配套安全接头,自验封封隔器,并对新研制的保护油层分层采油管柱优化配套。现场应用数据分析表明:管柱能够有效降低油井检泵作业后产能恢复的时间,同时能够在油井生产时关闭或开启任一油层,实现油井不动管柱换层开采。At present,formation energy of most long-term developed oilfield and some new developed oil field is low.The recovery cycle of oil well is long after oil reservoir is polluted by wellkilling fluid,and oil well capacity is greatly reduced after recovery,which directly affects the oil production.The conventional mechanical layering oil production pipe cannot protect oil reservoir.To solve this problem,the reservoir protection device,safety joint and self-checking packer are designed,and layering oil production pipe string for oil reservoir protection is deployed for optimization.Through analysis of the application in the field,the data shows that the pipe string can effectively reduce the recovery time of well capacity after the pump inspection operation,also can close or open any oil layer in production,achieving to switch production layer without dragging the pipe string.
