摘  要:在分析上大下小型、上小下大型、上下等径型液力反馈泵工作原理基础上,计算了3种液力反馈泵使用时提供液力反馈力的能力,选择设计了上下等径型液力反馈泵,并在2口井上试验了空心抽油杆液力反馈泵采油工艺。结果表明:该工艺在提高系统效率、延长免修期、降低成本方面具有显著优势,是低渗透及特低渗透油藏开采时较理想的举升工艺。There are three main types of hydraulic feedback pump,the upper big and lower small type,or the upper small and lower big type,the up and down same type,according to the structure of plunge.On the base of introduce and analysis of operating principle of three types of hydraulic feedback pump,the capacity of providing hydraulic feedback force for these three models of pump were calculated and researched.The up and down same type hydraulic feedback pump was selected and designed to test with hollow sucker rod on the two wells.The experimental results show that the production technology is an ideal lifting process for low permeability reservoirs,and can improve efficiency of system,extend pump inspection cycle and reduce the cost etc.
